This aquamarine pine flower tiara was created by Cartier for Queen Elizabeth in the 1940’s. However, she did not like this tiara and so she gave it to her granddaughter Princess Anne in honor of her wedding in 1973. Princess Anne made some changes to the crown and rearranged the aquamarines. It is worth about $2 million today.
