If you visit, you absolutely must try the surf and turf taco, which is to die for.
Coyote
Located in El Perdido, Coyote, which features an Airstream trailer, is led by chefs Victor Tafoya and Kevin Barrera Madrigal. Here they serve up hearty but elegant food that includes wood-grilled steak, fire-grilled Spanish octopus, and habanero-mezcal ceviche. Can you say yum?
Barracuda Cantina
This one is for all the burrito lovers out there. Located on the doorstep of El Perdido, this tiki bar offers up fresh fish and shrimp “surfer” burritos are they call them, which are absolutely huge. They are absolutely worth getting to Barracuda Cantina for, especially if you haven’t had authentic burritos before.
Santa Terra Oystera
If you’re still yearning for some city life experiences while on your trip, then you can head to Todos Santos and visit a very cosmopolitan oyster bar. Located right by the original Hotel California, you can enjoy Mexican twists on oyster bar standbys like po’boys and battered calamari. Of course, you must try the creamy local oysters as well.
