Momofuku Seiobo
With Barbadian Chef Paul Carmichael at the helm, the flavors of the Caribbean are showcased flawlessly at this fantastic restaurant. The tasting menu includes dishes that will show you all the flavors Barbados has to offer. This restaurant can be found in the Star casino and comes with live entertainment and interactive experiences with the open kitchen.
Saint Peter
For seafood lovers, Saint Peter is the place to go. The restaurant includes product that goes through an incredible dry-aged process that gives fish an incredible flavor that’s not to be missed. Chef Joh Niland serves all parts of the fish, even parts that are typically tossed out, and he does this elegantly and deliciously.
Automata
Automata offers a tasting menu that showcases what chef Clayton Wells has to offer for both lunch and dinner options. The space is designed to be warehouse style and is home to the laid back yet still upscale and modern atmosphere and cuisine. Located in the Old Clare Hotel, this is a fantastic restaurant that should not be overlooked.
Fratelli Paradiso
For Italian food, look no further than Fratelli Paradiso, named after brothers Enrico and Giovanni that offer up traditional dishes like lasagna Bolognese, scampi, gnocchi, tiramisu, and panna cotta. Add in a fantastic ambiance and you’re in for an unforgettable evening.
Lankan Filling Station
Lankan Filling Station offers up delicious Sri Lankan fare by chef O Tama Carey. Here you’ll find dishes like hoppers, sambals, and curries, along with delicious local beers and natural wines. Chef Carey brings Sri Lankan street food to the next level, and it’s absolutely delicious.
